. The "Authenticity & Provenance" Clause

Terms of Service

Authenticity Guarantee & Documentation

  • Certificate of Authenticity (COA): Every item sold as "Authentic" or "Signed" will be accompanied by a Magic Memorabilia Certificate of Authenticity or a third-party COA (e.g.AFTAL, UACC and Online COA) as specified in the product description.
  • Lifetime Guarantee: We offer a lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of the signature(s). If any item is proven to be non-authentic by a reputable, mutually agreed-upon third-party grader, we will provide a full refund of the original purchase price, provided the item is returned in its original condition with the original COA.
  • Provenance Records: To maintain the long-term value of your collectible, we may retain a permanent digital record of the item's provenance, including the serial number of the COA and the date of sale. This record does not include your personal contact details unless required for legal or insurance purposes.
  • Condition of Items: Due to the nature of memorabilia, some items may show signs of age or "game-wear." Significant flaws will be noted in the description. Images provided are of the actual item unless stated as a "stock photo" for multi-signed runs.

3. High-Value Shipping Clause (Bonus)

Because signed memorabilia is often irreplaceable, your ToS should address the "hand-off."

Delivery & Insurance

  • Signature Required: All orders over £100 will be sent via a tracked and "signature required" service.
  • Insurance: Items are fully insured during transit. In the rare event of damage or loss, you must notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery to initiate an insurance claim.

Packaging: We will take every step to ensure your item arrives in the best condition.
